This poster is a part of my academic work for the course named, Geographic Information System for Land-use Planning. The core concept of this project is the demand analysis of mixed-use urban development in the downtown area of central Oklahoma City. Major quantitative data including demography, building footprint, housing unit numbers, and land use of the selected area was analyzed to determine the demand. Additionally, understanding the patterns of mobility and choices regarding transportation modes aided assistance in identifying disparities in the distribution of urban facilities.
